cryptorafills provides a digital marketplace for purchasing gift cards, mobile top-ups, and subscription products using cryptocurrency and other supported payment methods. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before any digital product is delivered. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain; you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.
Digital products (gift card codes, top-up credits, subscription keys) are delivered via email instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a code or credential has been delivered and viewed. Refunds or replacements are only issued where a product is demonstrably invalid or undelivered, subject to our review.
All content on the Service — including branding, design, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of cryptorafills or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized resale of digital codes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure. Violation may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cryptorafills and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
